Time for Camping!

...but where do you set up the tent?

The history of the Camping concept begins as early as 1994 when Anders Gudmundstuen starts playing mini golf. Fast forward through a silver medal in the Junior European Championship, a silver in the Nordic Championship, several Norwegian championships, until 2015 when the same Anders quits his advertising job to open a mini golf bar. But opening a bar without knowing anything about bar operation is challenging. So, a mini golf enthusiast joins forces with the team at Trøbbelskyter (the Oslo company behind Kulturhuset, Youngs, Brygg, etc.), and in 2016, they open:

Oslo Camping - Making Mini Golf Great Again!

Get your act together and change the name. Crappy place*

It's called "Camping" because that's where Norwegians have played mini golf: at campsites. But what was meant as a fun name for a bar naturally creates some misunderstandings, and every year, we get visits from camping tourists who have come to the wrong place. Some all the way from Germany. To all of you, we apologize in advance. :)

Today, you can find Camping in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
